I've been 24/7 for about 4 months now, plus another month just prior to that. For the first month I did supremes and after that I've been almost exclusively using Dry 24/7s. Both are very good diapers, the Dry 24/7s require less "poofing" and cost less. I've also leaked a bit less with Dry 24/7s but that might be me knowing when to change better.

Not just thick, but the padding is very wide, particularly in the crotch. The outer shell is plastic, not the "cloth" material so many diapers use these days, and it feels thicker than most.

Jan 21, 2015·For the bedwetting I have been going to bed wearing a ConfiDry Dry 24/7 diaper with a NorthShore booster pad. I am a side-sleeper and control the occasional leak from the disposable by wearing a day-weight cloth diaper on top. If the disposable does not leak, I do not need to wash the cloth diaper.

The diapers are extremely comfortable with the waist band and the very effective leg gatherings. The diapers didn't breakdown after a couple wettings.
